Training & Refund Policy
The Performdigi, Delhi is committed to providing high-quality training services to learners enrolled in our diploma and certificate courses. By enrolling in any of our training programs, you agree to abide by our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Rescheduling Policy.
Important Guidelines
- Course and registration fees are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable under any circumstances.
- An exception is made for the “Free Digital Marketing Course,” where the security deposit is fully refundable if the student successfully attends all sessions. However, if a student is absent from any class, the security deposit will be forfeited and will remain non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable.
- If a student’s registration is canceled, all deposited fees will be considered null and void.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
- If a registered course is no longer available or has been canceled.
- For the security deposit of the “Free Digital Marketing Course” (subject to attendance conditions).
- If a student initiates a refund request within one week of attending the enrolled course.
To request a refund, students must send an email to admin@performdigimonetize.in or submit a written refund request to the institute.
Administrative Fees
The Digital Society, Delhi reserves the right to apply administrative or penalty fees when necessary.
Policy Updates & Jurisdiction
- The institute reserves the right to modify these guidelines at any time without prior notice.
- Any updates will be communicated to students through appropriate channels.
- All disputes will be subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
